Extremely poor and even rude treatment. I bought a Samsung Galaxy phone which due to technical problems, broke itself in about 6 months. This is strange and I obviously expected Tobydeals to fix the phone or, if this was not possible, send me a new one. I sent the phone over to them, I had to pay a £10 delivery. Two months later they returned it, advising that it was finally fixed. Two months, and after all the time waiting it didn't work at all! I took it to two or three mobile repair shops to see if they could find the problem. They all looked at it for a few minutes and saw that the motherboard was damaged, which means that it cannot be repaired. I let Tobydeals know that some third parties advised that it couldn't be repaired, and the cheeky Customer Service guy just said that, since it had been checked by a third company, they wouldn't do anything about it, not fixing the phone and obviously not giving me another one, as the warranty stated. After sending dozens of emails, sending the phone over to them and waiting for months, they finally got away with it.
