They sell by sections in a theatre, but due to their business model, there are times where they will provide you tickets to a completely different section. This is MISLEADING at the very least. And yes, customer service will argue that the ticket price paid equates to the seats provided blah blah. We don't care. Bottomline is we pay for a specific SECTION in the theater. You're required to provide us any seat WITHIN that section and nothing else. Give a refund otherwise. Common sense. It's not the customer's fault if you made a mistake in pricing. I'm dying to see how TodayTix will respond to this. There are similar complaints here which they conveniently ignore. Deceitful practices.
