Positief: online alles supersnel geregeld, ondanks dat ik pas kort voordat ik de tolk nodig had bij Tolk2Go in de lucht kwam.
Minder positief: tolk was nodig voor een afspraak van circa 30 minuten, de kosten worden evengoed in rekening gebracht voor een minimale tijdsduur van 60 minuten, dus voor dit half uurtje kwam het wel duur uit voor onze cliënt.
