Tolk2Go biedt blijkbaar geen technische ondersteuning bij het voorbereiden van videobellen. Jammer dat dit vooraf niet duidelijk wordt meegedeeld, noch wordt hierbij vermeld dat dit wel het geval zou zijn wanneer je van hun eigen applicatie gebruikmaakt.
Dit was een zeer onaangename en stressvolle ervaring.
