The process is very simple to use and their website is easy to navigate for your updates. It took me just a few minutes to photograph my item on my phone and upload the pictures with the form to receive an offer. They sent me a prepaid UPS label and packing instructions and my item was on its way. I was able to track the delivery and in less than 24 hours my inspection was complete and check in the mail. I love the simplicity and convenience to be able to share the toners we no longer need with someone who can use them and get a bit of what we paid back as well...it was a win-win and we will definitely use Toner Connect again!
