Very easy to deal with, so far. (I have just shipped my cartridges back to them but have not gotten paid, which is normal, given that they just received them). Submitting my proposal to them was very clear and easy and they responded with an email and a text the next morning. When I needed to change something in my details, the guy that I spoke to was easy-going and clear and it seemed that nothing was an issue for him. The prices that they should be paying seem very fair to me.
They are very picky about the condition of the units they buy, so I was unable to sell a few cartridges that had box, not cartridge, damage, but that means that I would trust buying from them because of that pickiness. (It's a 2-way street.) I'm hoping that their payout is as efficient as the rest of my experience with them. TBD.
