Well, now! A place that actually takes unneeded toner cartridges off your hands! My old printer was giving me messages "prepare new fuser unit" and "prepare new transfer belt", two repairs that would have cost me more than the price of a new printer. So, it was time to upgrade the printer, but what do I do with its unused toner? A short internet search turned up Toner Connect. Filled out the form, uploaded the requested pictures. Printed the form to include in the package and the prepaid shipping label. Took the cartridges, the form, and the label to the nearest UPS store. Done! Toner Connect has kept me informed all the way. They've emailed when the package got to them and quickly determined how much they would pay for them. And, I now have space for cartridges for the new printer! All the way around, a pleasant experience that I've let other people know about!
