I was an individual who had not used this service before. James Cai was in repeated communication with me ensuring that I was doing each part of the process correctly. Although I have not yet actually received a check in the mail, as TonnerConnect has only just inspected the mailed toner, I anticipate that the payment process will go equally as smoothly.
