Printer showed drum problem. Ordered replacement drum and cartridge from TLC. VERY FAST shippping. Parts fit. Unfortunately, the printer was sicker than I thought and the problem was not fixed. Everything recycled at BestBuy. New printer. Bummer, but not because of TLC. For following questions - no customer service required.
