GOOD this time, but not EXCELLENT because one of the boxes was damaged (pretty bad). It was taped up but I could not determine whether the toner cartridge had been damaged. I won't know until I am ready to replace the cartridge in the printer. TLC could have re-boxed the cartridge if it was not damaged.
