I found them on a google search for toner based on my make and model number Ricoh Printer. too my delight I found the toner despite the printers age and a much lower price than I was paying from Ricoh direct. more than $100 less than what it costs from Ricoh Direct manufacturer. however the results page I was looking at showed a different toner than what was needed for my printer. delivery came quickly but it was the wrong toner and it was immediately noticeable by the box it came in as well as the length of the box being longer than the toner that fits in the printer. I called and asked for a refund and for them to ship the correct toner. Which turned out to be $50 more Still saving $100 over Ricoh Direct price. They asked if i had opened the box? I said no I hadn't but they did say that had I opened the toner cartridge box that they couldn't issue a refund. I said no again and said I could tell by the fact that it was a different cartridge box and length. They did give a refund but only after my covering the shipping cost back and they also required me to purchase the next set of the correct toners that were $50 more. They stated that since they shipped what I ordered (despite the confusing site) that they would not reimburse me for the ship back cost. They say 100% guarantee however that's not entirely true based on my first experience. Otherwise good service and prices. But make sure you are in fact ordering the exact toner that you need.
