I’ve used TLC at least four times over the past two years. Their site is esdy to use, customer service is excellentt, and their generic cartriges bu Hyperion work as advertised at 1/4 of the price. Shipments arrive in two days at no extra cost!
Whrn I received a different brand of toner cartrige that did nit work, a relplacemenr was sent in a day, no questions asked and, for this one, no return shipping.
I’ll keep using them as the value and service is excellent and consistent!
