Had a toner cartridge go bad and when trying to explain since I always have one on hand there was no coverage for this and it was only half used. The gentlemen that I tried to explain this to was having a problem understanding the situation. I will still order as the cost is worth the savings as long as I do not continue to received bad cartridges.
