I purchased a toner cartridge for my Canon laser printer. I have purchased four other toner cartridges from TLC, brand name Hyperion, and they worked great! This time, the first cartridge shipped was from a company called Premium Compatible. The cartridge did not fit well, actually wobbled in the slot, did not connect, and did not have the same shapes on the cartridge itself. When I was able to get it to print, the paper was covered with black/grey ovals! I called TLC and the customer service agent immediately said that he would replace the unit. I asked for the Hyperion brand and he identified it from my prior purchases. The new cartridge arrived the next morning, AS PROMISED, and works great. I tell everyone about this company and its service!
