Outstanding customer service! After my order I received a confirmation email showing my mailing address was incorrect (I must have somehow inadvertently put in the wrong address). I contacted customer service and was told the toner had already shipped, but now that they were aware of the situation, would take immediate action to contact Federal Express and provided them with my correct mailing address. They were successful and my toner arrived on time without skipping a beat! And to top that off, I received a follow up phone call from TLC to assure my toner had arrived.
