Good Prices, did not have everything in stock that I ordered. A representative called to say they were out of stock of one of the items and would work to get the order fulfilled or would cancel the order, so that was real nice and almost unheard of so Kudos for that part. On the other hand they still billed my Visa right away and left it that way while I waited a couple of weeks for the order to come into stock, not the best practice in my mind.
