Incredible customer service! I called TLC to order cartridges for my printer. Sameer answered and took the order...keep in mind that my call was about 4:30 Pacific time. I told Semeer that I was almost out of toner and he informed me that the order would likely be to me by Monday...I was fine with that. I was surprised to find the three cartridges on my desk when I arrived at my office today!!! I still can't figure out how Sameer was able to do that! Moreover, ON HIS ON INITIATIVE, he expedited delivery simply because I said that I was almost out. This is not the first time that Sameer has provided excellent service....
