I order wella oils conditioner and kerastase anti-dandruff both of which I love for my fussy, irritated-by-anything skin and long hair. There was a mix up with my order which is unusual (I've been ordering several biggish orders a year for many years no with no problem), but this has now been resolved once I got through to their team (it always happens at the weekend after new year doesn't it). The process was a bit awkward but the staff I spoke to were all nice, keen to help and listened once I got through - and within 24hrs of speaking to them I had all my products. I am satisfied with their sorting me out, and I'm hoping from their response and follow-up that they will also take on board my feedback/suggestions to make this a bit easier that they were happy to listen to.
