I have been going to T&G for 20 years and been pleased. I responded to your email of 28/3/20 at 8.05 pm with an offer comprising free Conditioner if I bought a shampoo. I placed this order on 29/3/20 and have now got the Label m organic orange blossom shampoo only. Please advise me when I may expect the other part of the purchase, i.e. the free organic orange blossom conditioner.
