I used to be a frequent customer of Tony and Guy when living in the Northeast of England. The Sunderland branch was really good and alway very happy with style and products. I have now moved to The southeast of England and the branch closest to me is the one in Hitchin. Very unhappy with them both times I have been. I once had the hairs colour done, I was happy with the colour but not with how it was applied as I was left with stains that were completely ignored. I decided to go back the second time for a hair cut but was really unhappy with how she just could not grasp how I wanted my hair done. Left the shop with a very unhappy feeling.
