Relocating from NYC area, I went to Toni & Guy Gilbert for cuts on a few occasions and then last autumn (2023) a Keritan treatment (because they do not do Brazilian, etc.) and hair was shiny, thick, etc. Then in June 2024 went for a $350 Keritan treatment - although stylist said they were using "newer" version went ahead and allowed her to apply - My hair color was completely stripped andeven drier than when I went in and for weeks later, my hair was falling out - although complained and stylist volunteered that yes the treatment stripped my hair colour and Toni and Guy offered a moisturising treatment... but not my $350 back for stripping my hair colour and loss of hair - would never, never let these people touch my hair again....
