I would not recommend this company if you're looking for consistent, dependable internet service. Save your time and money by choosing a provider that actually delivers on its promises. It has now been two weeks (14 days!) without internet service, and there has been no resolution or meaningful support from the company. Despite sending five engineers, none have managed to fix the problem, and their infrastructure remains non-functional. I've received inconsistent information from their engineers and support team throughout this process, leaving me concerned that the issue will remain unresolved for months. Even if they do fix it, there's no guarantee I won’t face the same problem again and have to wait weeks or months for another fix. I've already paid for services I couldn't use last month, paid in advance for the upcoming month, and had to buy additional mobile data due to their ongoing service failures. Their inability to provide a reliable solution is frustrating, and the lack of clear communication has made the situation even worse.
