So speeds are great, but with great speed comes bad customer service. If you have an issue, they will not care and will drag their heels about it. You get treated like a liar when they make out that the issue is your end and not theirs, and above all you don't get any compensation for any downtime that you experience. My advice is if you want the fast speeds, great, but once you have an issue, don't say you weren't warned.... awful customer service!
