Everything was excellent until delivery. I paid extra for 24hr delivery but unfortunately the Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office so it arrived 2 days late. The reason for the 2 stars is I've emailed the company twice now requesting a postage refund which I am entitled to and I've had no reply in almost a week.
