DPD delivered a soaking wet box outer cardboard soaked inner packaging soaked.
Email a heads up and said good job the goods was in an aluminium casing. Replying nothing can be done, didn't even get an apology which is business as usual. Even asked for pictures which I supplied. Good luck in this climate!
