Very high quality steak - You can tell this is actually grass fed and grass finished which is extremely hard to find halal. In fact I spent ages trying to find a place other than Saffron Alley that does this and there wasn’t one. The steak tasted different from any butcher imo due to it being grass fed and finished it tasted a lot more natural, texture was different, tasted more earthy. Very unique for a steak / not as good as traditional steak which is grain fed but 10x healthier so I’m very happy.
