The meat was delivered frozen as requested and well packaged. Tasted like good quality. I have recently made the move away from factory farmed meat and am trying various suppliers. I would however like to know more about welfare standards, for example, what is meant by free range exactly in this case and the transport and slaughtering process. I think suppliers should be transparent on their website.
