Ordered 2 x 2kg beef briskets for a large family gathering. Came on time and packaged well with ice packs.
Beautifully trimmed and obviously a great quality. I weighed them and both were well over 2kg which was nice.
Slow cooked for about 5 hours, the meat literally fell apart and tasted great. The whole family loved it, as did we for another couple of meals.
Would definitely order from them again, I'm thinking of getting steaks next
