Do not expect any help if you have a problem with an item you have purchased. I purchased a brushless Makita saw from Tools4trade,unfortunately it malfunctioned after a very short amount of time for a brushless Makita product. Tools4trade directed me to Makita, despite my contract being with Tools4Trade and have since ignored all of my emails. This has forced me to proceed with Court Action against Tools4Trade as they do not seem to have an understanding or any duty of care for their customers rights under the Consumer Rights Act (2015). This route of action has cost me an additional £30 and for Tools4Trade to defend will cost a lot more than helping with the issues I have with the saw I purchased from them. TO BE AVOIDED JUST IN CASE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM - THEY WILL NOT WANT TO KNOW.
