Über die Webseite von ToolTeam habe ich eine Anfrage abgesandt. Daraufhin habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Erst nach über einem Monat kam eine Antwort. Das ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel.
Dann habe ich Artikel bestellt, die angeblich sofort lieferbar waren. Trotzdem hat es 2 Wochen gedauert, bis die Artikel ankamen.
Das war meine erste und wohl auch meine letzte Bestellung bei ToolTeam.
