I recently ordered a number of items from Top Dresses. Having tried them all on, I want to return a couple for refund (really poor quality material). After sending 3 emails and getting no response, I emailed a 4th time with PLEASE RESPOND in big shouty capitals in the subject line. Finally a bland response from 'Freya', who said she could find no order connected to my email. So I copied and pasted the email confirmation from them and sent it to her. Three times. I am still waiting for her to reply. It is now only a couple of days till my 14-day return period expires, so I can see where this situation is going...….. The only contact number is in China. Do not recommend!!!
