Denied £400 in cashback through no fault of my own. When something goes in their process they either say the retailer doesn't recognise the transaction or hide behind their T's & C's. Shocking customer service - when you follow a process and think everything is ok, they do not help and wash their hand of you. Do not use - if something goes wrong they do not care about you. Shocking company...
