Despite multiple requests for a full refund and detailed documentation of their errors, the company minimized the issue and only offered partial reimbursement. Their standard policy states “all sales are final,” yet they promote “satisfaction guaranteed”—a contradiction they seem unwilling to honor when faced with serious service failures. TopCV also continues to hold my personal and professional information despite my explicit request to delete it. I do not trust them with sensitive data, and I believe their lack of oversight poses a risk to anyone in academia or medicine relying on accurate and ethical CV support.
