I was looking to get a lamp set. I found the one I wanted on Amazon but it was priced higher than I was looking to spend. I did an internet search and came upon Top Drawer. Their price was right in my price range, I was fine with an open box item. I had a question on whether “2 piece set” meant 2 lamps or lamp and shade. I sent a message honestly not expecting a reply with how busy companies are right now. The next morning (I sent my question at midnight) I got a personalized answer (Not automated?!) I ordered it - got the shipping notification within 2 hours - and it was on my front steps 1000 miles away 3 days later. I ordered an open box item but it arrived packaged perfectly - I couldn’t even tell it was a repack. Thank you for the great customer service, super fast shipping and quality item!
