I was a little skeptical at first the price for what I wanted so much cheaper than the actual place I was originally going to purchase from, But thought why not I see good reviews. Placed order on Sunday, arrived on Wednesday. Thought that is crazy so fast. Pulled out to put together and was disappointed to see the door was cracked and the shelf was damaged. So emailed them on their website and in less than 24 hours had a reply they would contact the manufacture once I verified the parts on the part list attached. I thought no way is this going to be that easy. Well 2 days later I had the parts that were damaged replaced and I am EXTREMELLY happy at $400 less than the other place and looks exactly the same.
