So here's my payment processing review for TopGrade.I was well informed by Topgrades helpline via call and WhatsApp about different methods to submit my fee.People available on helpline were well informed and freindly to communicate with. I faced no issue regarding communication with helpline.Although one thing that I would like Topgrade to improve is that if one is going to the bank for the first time and is unaware of the procedure to follow it is going to be difficult for him/her to carry that out so my humble request to Topgrade is that if they could make a short video and educate about the method of payment for students going to nearby bank that would make it more easier for them to pay the fees.Thank you
