Online order review. What a nightmare. I ordered online a three piece suit for a fancy Christmas meal. Really excited about the item. It took a whole WEEK to be informed that only part of my order can be collected (next do this in 24hrs normally) ...unfortunately the item missing was the waistcoat. They took the liberty of debiting my account. Before checking this was okay. I mean who on earth orders a three piece suit not wanting part of it?? I rang up to enquire when the waistcoat will be available. I had to ring them to find out it won't be. So I asked for refund and it will take UP TO 28 days!!!! (Usually it's 14, but you know it's Christmas isn't it.) Most companies up their game for Christmas, but apparently it's the opposite with Topshop/Topman.
I am going to tell everyone I know about this and I will never shop here again. Absolutely appalling, Topshop/Topman are leagues behind the competition.
So now I don't have enough money to buy a replacement and don't have a suit for the meal. Merry Christmas from Topshop/Topman.
