Five star plus, two years ago my son had four tyres changed on his Landrover, he said the service was so good he said “dad if you need tyres go to Top Marks in Hooley, one year six months ago I arrived at this tyre company with my Landrover discovery, I asked if they could check the alignment which they did, without hesitation, after bringing the car off the ramps I enquired as to how much and was told, “on the house this time” I don’t think they where too busy but even so a very nice gesture, I promised that when I needed tyres I would return and so it was that pre my MOT this July I did some shopping around, got some prices, called Top Marks and they where competitive, a couple of quid more expensive than an online company, I booked them in for a lunch time fitting, no problem, we drove over from Ashford in Kent visiting the wife’s parents on that day, on the return to Ashford we called in on the dot, we asked if there was somewhere we could get a sandwich and we where pointed in the direction of a cafe less than five minutes walk away, by the time we’d had a sandwich and returned the car had had four tyres changed, excellent service, lots of banter all at the right price, I’m only sorry it’ll be another three / four years before we return.
