On my last order, my DTF design needed to be fixed, when it was originally ok according to the website when I uploaded it. I was notified via email, but it was included in my invoice. It was overlooked on my part for about a week. I think errors such as these should be addressed via phone from customer service. The designs were great though. No complaints.
