This is my second order because I figured the first time was just a one off. The first order wasn’t made with the colors I selected, the company sent over the correct order and then shorted my order. Then took 3 weeks to send the ones they missed, claiming that UPS damaged the order and had to get resent, this was after I reached out asking for it because the tracking number said created but never scanned by UPS. My second order was placed on the 1st of September, got tracking number on the 13th today is the 19th and tracking number still shows created but not at UPS (again like the first order) yet. Lead times say 2-3 days, your website shows an additional 2-3 day for relocating it’s been 13 days excluding the weekends and still don’t have my order nor does the UPS website show it’s on its way. I know sometimes turn around times are exact but just frustrating. I know I’m not the biggest order, dropping loads of cash but I’m still a paying customer.
