It's been 10 days and dispute is yet to be resolved. Because someone used fast track for dispute even after receiving payment, TopShark cancelled the order on the person's behalf within 5min. I appeal the dispute outcome and from the p2p chat page, the person admitted he had received the money and all evidence required by TopShark were provided. 10 days now and nothing yet, no release of my coin nor a response from TopShark. I called and chatted the guy many times, he said the problem is between me and TopShark. When I thought all my hope was lost, my friend contacted Fosterboon.org on my behalf, and Fosterboon.org got me back my money.
