My order was delivered quickly, and the collect from store option is great as it means shipping is free and I don't have to worry about being in the house. Only issue was I paid with a gift card and returning an item was a nightmare! Lady at the till said she dreads it as it never works properly and took almost 15 mins to get it sorted. Won't be using a giftcard online again but good apart from that.
