0 stars. I brought a pair of shoes today which were incorrectly sized. I'm normally a size 5 but brought a 6 as the shoe is narrow around the toe. By midday, feet were completely red and swollen. Went back to speak to the manager to have them exchanged for a size bigger and was told no as they couldn't be resold as I had already worn them. How disgusting for such a big organisation to be so greedy over a £12 pair of shoes- it's the principle. Will neverrrrr be shopping at Topshop again.
