The service at toptrades has really gone downhill. After converting my BTC back to USD and trying to transfer it to my bank, I'm still stuck with about 165k CAD that triggers a withdrawal error. Despite multiple emails, all I’ve received are generic responses. They also don’t allow LUNC and XRP withdrawals on their native networks, leaving me unable to transfer my crypto to my wallet, even after waiting seven days for address approval and receiving an email confirmation. Thankfully, I managed to close out my deal with these con men successfully with the help of a H ! G H F O R E S T C A P I T A L. However, I wouldn't trust this con with any "investment" interest accounts. It baffles me how this company is still active online and hasn’t been shut down by regulatory authorities.
