The young man that assisted me with my order was very knowledgeable of the product that I needed. He was very nice to speak with. He also offered me choices on shipping, of which I chose expedited shipping with UPS. However I did not receive expedited delivery. I called UPS and they said that it was the shippers fault. Then when I called Torque King I was told that it was the fault of UPS. Moral of the story, dont pay for what you dont get....
