2 day shipping was offered but not accomplished. My part took 4 days to arrive, but potentially could have taken 3 days if my part was given to fedex quickly (it wasn’t shipped by torqueking until 1pm the day after being ordered). They did not choose to refund the price I paid for the shipping.
Personally, I don’t think a business should offer 2 day shipping if it can’t complete it.
I was otherwise pleased with communication and the piece I received. Exactly what I needed and very friendly service.
