While the part I ordered (t-case saver) appears to be good quality, the service not so much. I had called after receiving the part for technical assistance but was only allowed to talk to the receptionist.
I was able to take care of the matter on my own, but you may want to make your tech guys more accessible, thanks GRADYPERRY
