I usually have a great experience with your company. However, I called and sent pictures of a problem with the drive shaft I received. The guys said no problem they would take care of it(so I assumed they were making good on it). A week went by no call and no parts. I called a second time and it seemed no one knew about the first interaction. They said it went to their manager and I would get a call immediately! Well that never came to fruition. I call a couple days later. The gentleman said oh yeah I about your problem I have the parts and can have them out today or we can replace the shaft. I thought to save everyone a headache of a new shaft I would replace the parts myself. Well that was Monday it’s now Friday 9/15 and no email and no tracking information. I feel like it should not be this difficult. I paid good money for a product and I expect to get what I paid for. I’m not made of money and work hard everyday to make a living. I would appreciate some good old hospitality and customer service. Please fix this.
