Customer service is awesome, I work on my truck like I’m on the side of the highway and you never know what’s going to happen. I got a master kit for my 241DHD transfer case and got to the output bushing and after calling them and asking questions come to find out that’s the one piece that needs to be pressed in. They helped me figure out what I did wrong and got the part out the same day for me to get it back together. We been using their parts for the last 3 years between 2 trucks and whenever we call they are fast, very knowledgeable and friendly. We found our forever spot to order parts for the running gear on our trucks. Thank you guys
