Product is good, customer service is subpar. Sent email, no answer. Called and did get an answer but tried to get a pdf or some kind of installation instructions and none were available. Only option was to buy a 10$ printed book, which would have taken a week to deliver and I needed to install asap. Perhaps include instructions with the purchase? That would be helpful.
